Your driver tracks your flight and waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. If your flight is delayed, the pickup time moves with it at no extra charge. We also send you the driver’s name and mobile number by WhatsApp before you land.
Yes. Infant and child seats are available on request at no extra cost — just tell us the ages of the children when you book so we can fit the right seat in advance.
We include 90 minutes of free waiting time on airport pickups from the moment your flight lands, which covers immigration and baggage. For hotel and city pickups we include 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is charged at an agreed hourly rate.
You can pay the driver in cash in Saudi Riyals at the end of the journey, or arrange a bank transfer in advance. We confirm the full price on WhatsApp before your trip, so the amount never changes on the day.
Yes. We run everything from sedans up to 20-seat Coaster buses, and we can send more than one vehicle for larger groups. Tell us your passenger count and how many suitcases you have and we will recommend the right vehicle.
We operate year-round, including peak Hajj and Umrah periods. During busy seasons we strongly recommend booking a few days ahead so we can guarantee your vehicle and pickup time.
